-If you are unhappy with a purchase, please let me know as soon as possible and I can see what can be done to assist you. 100% customer satisfaction is Top Priority at my shop.

-JMMT will not even consider a return if your item shows delivered for more than 48 hours and you did not contact us.

-We DO NOT accept returns on custom made items as they are created specifically for you at time of purchase. I do not think you will be disappointed with my products, however; I will take returns on any "Ready to Ship" items if it is mailed back to me WITH tracking within 24 hours. "Ready to Ship" item must be in SAME condition as when it was first shipped by me to you.
You will also be responsible for any return postage. 

-We can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged once they leave my hands. 

-If an item is returned for any reason, I will send you a PayPal invoice for the shipping amount to re-ship the item. Please be sure to have an accurate address when checking out to avoid delayed shipments or additional charges.


-Jilly's Mom Made That reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If order is canceled you will be notified within 24 hours of purchase and a full refund to you will be processed.

-Customer requested cancellations. I will consider all cancellation requests within the first 48 hours after payment has even received. After 48 hours, supplies are ordered and items/orders can not be refunded.
