Iron inside out for best results.

For vinyl:
DO NOT IRON VINYL!!! IT WILL MELT if you do!!

Soft Backing for Appliques:
Every embroidered shirt, bodysuit, baby bonnet, etc will include a soft backing on the inside of the item. The purpose of this soft backing is to cover the applique/embroidery thread to prevent the design from scratching your baby/childs soft skin. Sometimes the backing starts to come off a little.

In the event the soft backing starts to come off after washing:

Turn item inside out. Lay flat on ironing board. Set iron to medium heat, NO STEAM. Spread backing back out onto the applique/embroidery. It should cover it completely with at least 1/4 of an inch over. PRESS iron onto backing and hold in place for 5 seconds. Move iron over and PRESS iron onto another portion of backing. DO NOT "rub" as if ironing out wrinkles, this will not secure it properly.

Ribbon:
If your item contains sewn on ribbon. Do not keep your item submerged in water. Heat, warm, hot water, or long exposure to water can fade or ruin the dots, stripes, or designs on the ribbon. You can always give your bows a "tug" to fluff after the washing cycle. Lay Flat To Dry.
